Program concept — a structured page for the association’s published mentorship mission
Why Mentorship
Experience is our greatest endowment
Mentorship and career guidance are central to the association’s mission. This page gives that commitment a permanent, visible home — connecting Saint-Martial students and young graduates with alumni who have walked the road before them.
Become a mentor
Offer an hour a month. Share your profession, your path, and your perspective with a current student or a recent graduate finding their footing — in Haiti or in the diaspora.
- Career conversations and mock interviews
- University and scholarship guidance
- Professional introductions within the network
Find a mentor
Students and young alumni: tell us your field of interest and goals, and we will look to match you with an alumnus or friend of the school who can help.
- Guidance from graduates in your field
- Support with studies, applications, and careers
- A trusted connection inside the PSCSM family
How It Works
Three simple steps
Raise your hand
Email the association with your interest, field, and availability — as mentor or mentee.
Get matched
The program coordinators propose a match based on field, language, and goals.
Meet & grow
Pairs set their own rhythm — a call a month is enough to change a trajectory.
Expectations
A light, meaningful commitment
- Respect and confidentiality in every conversation.
- Roughly one hour per month, by phone or video, for at least six months.
- No financial relationship — mentorship is about guidance, not transactions.
